These terms explain the basic understanding that applies when you contact or engage Docketra for filing coordination support.
Docketra provides filing coordination and procedural support, including assistance with filing-set readiness, refiling, defect coordination, registry follow-up and matter-status tracking. The exact work for each matter depends on the scope separately confirmed with you.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information, documents, instructions and approvals. You remain responsible for legal advice, legal strategy, drafting approval, limitation periods, hearing requirements and decisions made for the matter.
Docketra coordinates work using the information and documents supplied by you or your authorized contact. Timelines, quotes and next steps may change if that information is incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or later revised.
Docketra does not guarantee filing acceptance, registration, scrutiny clearance, listing, admission, approval or any final outcome. These matters remain subject to applicable requirements and the decisions of the NCLT, Registry and other relevant authorities.
Sending an inquiry, receiving a response or discussing a possible requirement does not by itself create a professional engagement. Services begin only after the scope, fees, timeline and engagement terms are separately confirmed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any issue connected with the use of this website or a confirmed Docketra engagement will be subject to the appropriate courts and authorities in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
